As an Oracle Programme Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Oracle projects, ensuring successful safe execution, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will lead multi-disciplined teams to drive delivery excellence, leveraging Agile, Waterfall & Hybrid methodologies. Within the Strategy & Performance Transformation team we have an established Healthcare and Life Sciences practice. We are seeking an Associate Director to join the team who is a professional, talented individual with a passion for identifying and creating innovative solutions for clients. 

In Healthcare and Life Sciences we focus on Commercial Strategy, which includes, for example, launch and commercialisation strategy and transformation, pricing and market access, portfolio strategy, competitive strategy and LoE strategy. In terms of inorganic growth, we work both buy side and sell side, supporting our clients throughout the life cycle of a transaction including target identification, red flag analysis, commercial due diligence, business planning etc.
