KDN Tax & Legal’s (solutions (e.g. Indirect Tax Compliance, Global Mobility Services and Legal Managed Services.) operate  like a sub-function department of up to 1000 staff across 5 different geographies. The KDN Global Solution Lead  acts like a “mini-CEO” of the respective KDN Solution.  In that capacity, a KDN Global Solution Lead is accountable for the overall business performance of a solution, including quality, client centricity, technology and process innovation, and its P&L.  The role is part of the T&L COO organization to ensure consistency across solutions, and is then “attached” to a specific solution(s).

In order to support the growth of our capabilities within the Customer, Operations and Infrastructure Financial Services (CO&I FS) team – aligned to the Wealth & Asset Management sector, we are currently looking to recruit Senior Managers who can make a significant contribution by combining an understanding of the Wealth & Asset Management industry with transformation, reorganisation and optimisation capabilities.

You will be a Senior Manager within our CO&I FS Ops team aligned to WAM Consulting and will be helping both grow our business and ensure our teams deliver high quality advice to clients. You should expect to be involved in a wide range of challenging client engagements across the WAM value chain for clients from across the ecosystem.

This role is for an innovative professional at manager level, who can work alongside our existing team to use their lived experience of planning, scheduling and project controls in construction to solve complex problems. The MPA team in the UK are based in London, Birmingham and Manchester. This role will be based in one of these locations but will require travel to client locations throughout the UK and occasionally overseas.
