We are seeking a talented manager with experience of working across a wide range of Corporate and Defence clients. They should be able to manage and deliver client engagements, with demonstrable experience of managing the design and delivery of complex change and people transformation programmes to support our clients with addressing key market challenges. Typically, these programmes would cover at least one of the following areas: Workforce Transformation (inc. AI), Organisation Design, Change Management, HR Transformation, Digital Transformation, Learning and Development.  Our work is incredibly varied, but would typically cover:

• Managing a team of consultants and collaborating closely with client teams to deliver client engagements
• Providing specialist advice and working closely with client leads and team members to successfully deliver project outcomes
• Contributing to business development and sales, working with account teams to scope opportunities and developing compelling proposals to win new clients
• Contributing to the development of methods, tools and thought leadership

We are looking for talented Contracting Consultants to join us in growing the Contract Management Transformation practice within LOTS, by helping our clients adapt and make the most of technological advances to help them better manage their contracts. You will be responsible for leading, scoping, design, development and implementation activities across multiple client projects to deliver leading contract management solutions. You must be confident in leading client interactions, gathering, validating and testing requirements as well as overseeing the end to end contracting transformation of large global projects.
