In order to support the growth of our capabilities within the Customer, Operations and Infrastructure Financial Services (CO&I FS) team – aligned to the Wealth & Asset Management sector, we are currently looking to recruit Senior Managers who can make a significant contribution by combining an understanding of the Wealth & Asset Management industry with transformation, reorganisation and optimisation capabilities.

You will be a Senior Manager within our CO&I FS Ops team aligned to WAM Consulting and will be helping both grow our business and ensure our teams deliver high quality advice to clients. You should expect to be involved in a wide range of challenging client engagements across the WAM value chain for clients from across the ecosystem.

This role is for an innovative professional at manager level, who can work alongside our existing team to use their lived experience of planning, scheduling and project controls in construction to solve complex problems. There is no one-size fits all in MPA; we’re as diverse as the world around us. We hand pick our people because they’re our most important asset, and people pick us because we really mean that.

Managers in our team are client-facing and right at the forefront of delivery. This role requires strong post-qualification experience ideally gained from several infrastructure-related projects and programmes, but we’ll happily consider candidates with experience in other relevant fields.

As one of the senior consultants on the ground, you’ll be applying your experience every day, bringing to life tailored solutions for our clients whilst managing important relationships.

The MPA team in the UK are based in London, Birmingham and Manchester. This role will be based in one of these locations but will require travel to client locations throughout the UK and occasionally overseas.
