The role requires, outstanding organisational skills, an adaptable and flexible approach to the needs of the business. in this role you will be an ambassador for Facilities Operations, OEH and KBS.

We provide in-depth advice on the strategic, financial, regulatory and commercial issues driving investments in infrastructure across Transport, Power & Utilities, and Social Infrastructure in the UK and internationally. We also work closely with other functions within KPMG to advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, valuations, tax, accounting, and due diligence.

The utilities sector is a key business area for the Infrastructure Group and encompasses work for the large clients in the sector including all of the leading UK energy and water companies. We provide in depth strategic and technical advice on corporate finance issues, corporate financial management; regulatory finance, regulatory policy, business and financial planning, as well as other issues affecting value. We are widely recognised by many industry stakeholders as one of the most innovative advisors influencing the future of the sector.

Our business is expanding rapidly and is looking for a high-quality candidate to support our Power & Utilities business, with a particular focus on the water sector.

The Ops and Supply Chain COE is part of KPMG’s rapidly expanding Strategy Group, which delivers value for clients by challenging conventional thinking, bringing deep industry and functional insights and executing with investor-grade rigour.  We are a diverse team of over 150 practitioners, working collaboratively with and orchestrating KPMG’s broad set of capabilities within our Deal Advisory business.

This exciting role is within our Corporate Tax Team based in the Leeds office. As part of a high performing team you will work with a diverse portfolio of large clients across UK listed, PE-backed, inbound and family-owned groups, and take on a variety of projects, tax structuring and international expansion.

We are looking for a talented and technically orientated Senior Manager level to support our rapid growth. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic and challenging working environment, supported by a strong and ambitious leadership team.

The role will suit either a Senior Manager wanting to drive their tax career forward or an ambitious Manager wanting to take the next step.

Our Transaction Services team collaborate with organisations of all shapes and sizes across a broad range of Mergers and Acquisitions activity.
