The Deal Execution team is part of KPMG’s rapidly expanding Strategy Group, which delivers value for clients by challenging conventional thinking, bringing deep industry and functional insights and executing with investor-grade rigour.  We are a diverse team of over 105 practitioners, working collaboratively with and orchestrating KPMG’s broad set of capabilities within our Advisory business, and are focused on continually enhancing value for clients across the deal and economic cycle. The People in M&A Centre of Excellence deals with all aspects of the employee journey in M&A, as well as leveraging our experience to enact transformational change outside of a deal context. From early-stage strategy development and organisational design for carve-outs, to synergy cases and cost benefits, employee experience and corporate culture, employee transfer, through to the conception, development and management of effective transformational solutions to help an organisation achieve its ambitions and objectives. The Team

We are looking for passionate individuals to join our Asset Management Advisory (AMA) team, part of the KPMG Infrastructure Advisory Group (IAG). Our team advises infrastructure owners in both the public and private sector, including government with their most complex challenges. IAG is widely recognised as one of the world’s leading independent financial and business advisers in infrastructure consisting of over 380 professionals.

Our team leads exciting projects across both public and private sectors principally focused on major capital and infrastructure portfolios in Transport, Energy, Water, Defence, Oil and Gas and Health. This is a fast-growing area offering many opportunities building upon a global capability in Asset Management where we provide:

• Asset Strategy and Transformation, including operating model design and transformation of asset management functions.
• Asset Health and Performance including investment planning, efficiency improvements in capital and operating expenditure, as well as asset resilience, asset data, investment business cases and benchmarking.
• Digital asset management including asset performance and financial modelling and smart technology.
• Investor assurance of asset performance and transaction due diligence support.

Our CTAC department is a fast growing part of our Tax practice with a diverse client base ranging from PE-backed, owner managed and family businesses through to UK listed and multinationals. Working in our successful CTAC department will give you the opportunity to develop relationships with clients as you help with advisory work and manage the compliance process.

This exciting role is within our Corporate Tax Team based in the Manchester office. As part of a high performing team you will work with a diverse portfolio of large clients across UK listed, PE-backed, inbound and family-owned groups, and take on a variety of projects including BEPS Pillar 2, tax structuring and international expansion.

We are looking for a talented and technically-orientated Senior Manager level to support our rapid growth in international tax provision. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic and challenging working environment, supported by a strong and ambitious leadership team.
