KPMG’s Debt Advisory practice has a c.25 year history advising public and private clients on developing and executing debt financing strategies. The team’s typical clients include listed companies, medium to large privately owned businesses and private equity / sponsor-backed entities. Its experience spans the spectrum of debt markets, financing instruments, asset classes, sectors and situations (including M&A, investment, new debt issues, refinancing and restructuring / amendments to debt facilities). The team operates sub-teams focusing on ‘Corporates’ and ‘Leveraged Finance’, in addition to dedicated expertise specialising in financial services and real estate.

The Sales Enablement Lead will bring subject matter expertise in implementing strategies, tools and processes that continually increase the efficiency and effectiveness of sales teams. You will bring significant knowledge on a particular set of process and emerging industry trends/issues to the team to help develop regional sales strategies and win approach for bids. Typically participates on a part-time basis, or full time during various stages of an opportunity pursuit. Equips all client-facing employees with the ability to add value to conversations with customer stakeholders at each stage of sales process

Our Corporate Tax Compliance business is made up of a dedicated and enthusiastic team of Corporate Tax Compliance specialists working with our cutting-edge technology platform and our advisory teams to provide a first-class service to our diverse client base which includes global and large domestic compliance clients with complex and interesting tax profiles. We are now looking for a talented individual at Senior Manager level. The successful candidate will have deep technical knowledge and thrive in a dynamic and challenging working environment to ensure excellent client service, and will be supported by a strong and ambitious leadership team.

• KPMG Law wishes to hire a Senior Manager  - with experience in the real estate sector and experienced in the development and integration of legal technology to enhance service delivery. 
• KPMG is planning to launch a global real estate portfolio management solution during 2026. The candidate will work closely with the KPMG Law UK Real Estate team to undertake the initial design and testing of the solution before launching across the broader network.
• The KPMG Law UK real estate team started in December 2013 and is now 9 strong including 3 Partners with further growth plans during 2025/2026 already acting on repeat investment, development and asset management mandates for private equity funds, sovereign wealth clients and listed property funds.
• KPMG already has established real estate capabilities across multiple countries and the candidate will be required to liaise with senior lawyers in those countries as the solution scope is broadened. The candidate will also assist with the project management of the roll-out and the implementation of specific client solutions.
