The Role

KPMG’s Energy and Natural Resources (“ENR”) tax practice covers Oil and Gas, Mining, Power and Utilities (including renewables) and Chemicals. As our clients are facing unprecedented change with the energy transition and fiscal uncertainty our ENR tax and legal practice is growing significantly.   

Our clients comprise some of the largest global ENR clients, covering both UK headquartered and inbound groups. Our work covers deal advisory support, international tax and domestic tax advice.  A successful candidate would have opportunities to work across these areas. Working collaboratively across the KPMG network, our work often involves advice on multiple countries, taxes, and work streams.

Our work in the tax advisory space includes supporting clients with business and fiscal change. This can include advising on new jurisdiction entry, the development of new business areas, business reorganisations, refinancing and leasing as well as the impact of windfall taxes and global fiscal change (e.g. BEPS 2.0 Pillar 2).

The Role:
The Copilot Technical Architect plays a critical role in the design, development, and delivery of Microsoft Copilot solutions across industries. A Senior Manager with a ORACLE Controls focus within the team would typically be responsible for driving delivery of all of our ORACLE service lines as part of the wider ERP & Business systems team, as well as developing new business from existing clients and new prospects, building deep and enduring relationships with blue chip organisations and establishing themselves as a subject matter expert in this type of assurance and consulting support.

As a ServiceNow Solution Architect you will be responsible for leading delivery of ServiceNow based solutions across client projects. You must analyse new business requirements and their correct technical implementation solutions using industry best practices. You will work closely with client engagement leads, ServiceNow architects, connected service teams, project managers, business analysts, developers and testers to guide the design through to implementation and beyond whilst ensuring KPMG risk and quality standards are adhered to.
