KPMG Law is a fast-growing part of KPMG. We are now seeking to recruit a Manager (Solicitor) to support the growth of the Commercial and Technology part of our Commercial, Technology and Data team. We are seeking an experienced Audit leader to spearhead the onboarding of KPMG member firms within the EMA region to KDN Audit, cultivate strong KPMG member firm relationships, identify growth opportunities, monitor and report on adoption rates, and serve as the primary point of contact for accessing KDN Audit capabilities, expertise, and service delivery. This role will require experience of leading and overseeing a team to ensure successful project delivery. This role will be instrumental in the success of the KDN Audit program, contributing to the establishment of a globally inter-operable network of Global Delivery Centres (GDCs). The role will be at either Director or Partner level, depending on the successful candidate's existing job level.

The Company Secretarial and Global Entity Management Team sits within KPMG Law. Its establishment flows naturally from KPMG’s long history of successfully delivering multidisciplinary services to clients. Its vision is to be the corporate secretarial adviser of choice for KPMG’s clients in relation to compliance and governance matters.

Over the next few years, this team will grow, and KPMG Law as a whole will expand into other areas of law that fit within its vision and the needs of KPMG’s clients.

The Global Decarbonization Hub Assistant Manager will directly support our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as they drive KPMG’s Climate Change, Decarbonisation and Nature (CDN) propositions, supporting our Member Firms (MFs) to sell and deliver CDN services to their most important clients. The Assistant Manager will focus particularly on Decarbonisation and Transition Plans, assisting GDH SMEs as they support MFs with proposals through to bid stage and delivery, helping MFs to succeed in their pitches for our largest and most important opportunities globally. The Assistant Manager will also support the GDH's SMEs to globalise KPMG’s offerings across the Decarbonisation agenda, collaborating with our global network and building KPMG’s reputation as a CDN services leader.
