As an Assistant Manager specialising in Digital Health Technology Adoption and Change, you will help healthcare organisations maximise value from digital investments by ensuring technologies are not only implemented, but adopted, embedded and used effectively by frontline teams. We are seeking a Quantexa Tech Lead to join our growing team and play a key role in the delivery of data-driven solutions using the Quantexa platform. The ideal candidate will be Quantexa certified, have hands-on experience delivering end-to-end implementations, and bring strong technical leadership capabilities.

This role will involve direct engagement with client stakeholders, technical teams, and business SMEs to ensure successful solution delivery, with a particular focus on Quantexa architecture, design, and integration.

As a Senior Manager within KPMG’s Digital Health team, you will take a senior leadership role in helping healthcare organisations deliver meaningful, measurable adoption of digital health technologies on the frontline. The role is focused on turning digital investment into sustained clinical, operational, workforce and financial value through adoption, change, implementation, optimisation and benefits realisation.

You will work with executive stakeholders across national, regional and provider healthcare organisations to define future-state digital capabilities, develop

transformation strategies and oversee programmes that deliver measurable clinical, operational, workforce and financial outcomes.

The role requires substantial experience leading complex digital adoption, change and delivery programmes across frontline healthcare environments, including Electronic Patient Record (EPR) deployment and optimisation, clinical workflow redesign, technology-enabled productivity improvement, benefits realisation and supplier or large vendor mobilisation.

You will also play a key role in developing KPMG’s Digital Health capability, including building propositions, developing reusable methods and assets, coaching junior colleagues and helping grow the practice within the wider Technology & Data portfolio.
