This particular role is for an Assistant Manager with a sector focus on Media industry. However, experience outside of this sector, and in other forms of strategy consulting, may also be relevant.

Part of a developing team that will become our ‘go to’ for Procurement Technology, you will play a key role in the growing of our propositions to sell and deliver large programs. You’ll have excellent listening skills, and a proven track record of helping clients reach their desired outcomes. On the technical side, you’ll need a thorough understanding of Procurement technology solutions.

KPMG’s Strategy & Performance Transformation practice is looking for exceptional candidates for a Director role, with a sector focus on the Consumer, Retail & Leisure industry and with particular experience in Deal Strategy, one of our core propositions. Additional experience across our other propositions - Growth Strategy, Cost and Operational strategy (including Economic Profitability Analysis) and Enterprise-wide Transformation - will also be valuable.

From early-stage strategy development and organisational design for carve-outs, to synergy cases and cost benefits, employee experience and corporate culture, employee transfer, through to the conception, development and management of effective transformational solutions to help an organisation achieve its ambitions and objectives. We are seeking talented Senior Managers with experience in people centric large scale Organisation Transformation who bring experience, insight, and energy to drive complex change programmes- ranging from target Operating Model Transformation programmes Change – including ERP and digital led change, Global Business Services/Shared Services transformations, Customer, Strategy led change, and cost reduction programmes. This role will sit within our People Centric Transformation capability. 

We are specifically looking for individuals who have the end to end breadth of culture and change management, organisation design/redesign, and people transition planning to help our trusted clients realise their business outcomes. Individuals must have experience of end to end programmes - starting with change strategy development, leadership alignment, change planning, organisation design, through to full change implementation (people transition, culture and behaviour change, learning). 

We are looking for a leader and influencer in this space who can help grow our people led change practice at KPMG.  This role will be critical to design, deliver and successfully deliver complex people change programmes and support diverse client bases that operate globally, across an enterprise and/or multiple functions (front, middle and back-office) and sectors.
