This role is for an innovative professional at Assistant Manager level, who can work alongside our existing team to use their lived experience of planning, scheduling and project controls in construction to solve complex problems. KPMG’s Infrastructure Team in the UK consists of c400 professionals and is widely recognised as one of the world’s leading independent financial and business advisers in infrastructure.

We provide in-depth advice on the strategic, financial, regulatory and commercial issues driving investments in infrastructure across a range of industries in the UK and internationally. We are widely recognised by many industry stakeholders as one of the most innovative advisors influencing the future of the sector.

We are currently one of the lead advisors on the financial and economic aspects of business rates valuations, particularly focusing on assets valued using the receipts and expenditure (“R&E”) method. Our business is continuously expanding, and we are looking for an ambitious rating surveyor to support expansion of our business rates capabilities into a wider range of industries where other methods of valuation are applied.
