We have an exciting opportunity for an Audit Director to join our FS Audit team.  In the role, you will be responsible for leading audit engagements to a high standard of quality, from planning through to completion.  You will be accountable for signing audit opinions on your own portfolio of audited entities and/or working with Partners in the delivery of larger and more complex audits. You will own the relationships with senior stakeholders from audited entities and develop those relationships to facilitate the delivery of audits.  You may also have a departmental role, facilitating the internal operations of running the business, for example, roles relating to finance, technology, quality, people etc..    As a Director, you will act as a role model for your teams, facilitating the effective and efficient delivery of audits. You will be responsible for leading teams and supervising the work of staff and providing coaching and developmental support. You will also have performance management responsibilities for a small number of employees.

• Develop strategies for the adoption and exploitation of cloud in conjunction with modernised on premises capabilities
• Build the operating models, architectures and capabilities to deliver value from Cloud and Hybrid platforms
• Help clients operate their cloud or hybrid estates effectively and cost-efficiently over the long term.

 

We need Hybrid Platform Architects that are comfortable providing advice to C-suite leaders and senior client technologists across our whole client base but, in particular, this role will be aligned to our well-established Defence Consulting team.

We are currently one of the lead advisors on the financial and economic aspects of business rates valuations, particularly focusing on assets valued using the receipts and expenditure (“R&E”) method. Our business is continuously expanding, and we are looking for an ambitious rating surveyor to support expansion of our business rates capabilities into a wider range of industries where other methods of valuation are applied.

Using your knowledge and experience of the core learning and HR competencies, coupled with your commercial awareness, you will translate your clients’ business needs into realistic and achievable solutions that reflect the learning strategy and deliver impact. It’s a fast paced and changing environment. Working closely with Design and Delivery teams you will ensure the technical training remains on track and on budget. You will be a role model for collaboration to those around you; influencing, coaching, motivating and challenging.
