KDN Tax & Legal’s (solutions (e.g. Indirect Tax Compliance, Global Mobility Services and Legal Managed Services.) operate  like a sub-function department of up to 1000 staff across 5 different geographies. The KDN Global Solution Lead  acts like a “mini-CEO” of the respective KDN Solution.  In that capacity, a KDN Global Solution Lead is accountable for the overall business performance of a solution, including quality, client centricity, technology and process innovation, and its P&L.  The role is part of the T&L COO organization to ensure consistency across solutions, and is then “attached” to a specific solution(s).  

The Solution Performance Operations Senior Manager will partner with the Solution Lead to optimize performance and drive transformation. Your expertise will be key in executing critical business performance strategies.

In order to support the growth of our capabilities within the Customer, Operations and Infrastructure Financial Services (CO&I FS) team – aligned to the Wealth & Asset Management sector, we are currently looking to recruit Senior Managers who can make a significant contribution by combining an understanding of the Wealth & Asset Management industry with transformation, reorganisation and optimisation capabilities.

You will be a Senior Manager within our CO&I FS Ops team aligned to WAM Consulting and will be helping both grow our business and ensure our teams deliver high quality advice to clients. You should expect to be involved in a wide range of challenging client engagements across the WAM value chain for clients from across the ecosystem.

You will join a cross-functional ESP leadership team led by the Head of Education, Skills and Productivity and supported by a sales executive and a BDM focused on central government, and working alongside a talented team of partners and directors who face into the wider education market.

The role is to lead the translation of the national ESP market strategy into national and regional growth plans and in doing so ensure the plans reflect local client issues and the local impact of national public sector policy.

As a Manager, you will liaise directly with your clients responding to a range of technical queries, drawing both on your own expertise and identifying when additional input is required from more senior colleagues. You will lead teams and supervise the work of junior staff. You will also have performance management responsibilities for a small number of employees.
