We are seeking a Quantexa Tech Lead to join our growing team and play a key role in the delivery of data-driven solutions using the Quantexa platform. KPMG’s Pensions Advisory continues to build out its new pensions team, and requires individuals that can bring different skill-sets to the team. We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Manager to join our team, who will be responsible for working closely colleagues in the area of pension risk transfer.

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for effective collaboration within teams, supervising the work of junior staff, providing coaching and development to assist them in the effective delivery of engagements.

What will you be doing?

• Managing team activities to ensure compliance with KPMG risk management policies and procedures and manage engagement administration.
• Supervising and coaching junior members of staff to help them realise their full potential
• Final review of materials and communications for senior members of the practice for KPMG/client representation to immigration authorities and government officials
• Monitor client service standards, swiftly addressing delivery failures (such as missed SLAs) and implement resolution plan to ensure these are prevented
• Be responsible for effective management of engagement financials, cash collection and review of significant invoices

What will you need to do it?

• Extensive demonstratable experience in Global Immigration
• Thorough understanding of immigration concepts and issues and pro-actively research current immigration developments
• Previous experience working at Manager level within Global Immigration
• Experience of managing small teams, coaching and mentoring junior staff
• Excellent level of attention to detail and accuracy and strong IT skills including very good MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point
