This role will lead the Talent Deployment – Audit team aligned to KPE. With a fixed book of work and a complex pattern of regulation and accreditation requirements, it is critical that the Audit Resourcing Senior Manager KPE is able to optimise the resourcing within the performance group.  The appropriate allocation of resources to engagements has a significant impact to quality, our financial results and our people experience all of which are key pillars of our strategy.

Our Securitisation team is made up of client facing staff delivering a range of engagements across a broad spectrum of clients. These clients include investment banks who arrange securitisation transactions and the clients who undertake them, including national and ‘challenger’ banks, foreign banks, building societies, leasing and other lending companies.

We are recruiting a Manager who will be involved in all aspects of project managing our engagements from planning through to completion. Your role will include executive level client interaction and provide you with the exposure to multiple clients on a regular basis. • General IT and ERP controls, design and implementation of GRC operating models and solutions, IT Security and Risk Management, control automation, design and implementation of SOX 404 control framework, design and implementation of controls for S/4 HANA programmes and Independent Project Assurance.

Within this team a key objective is to grow our capability and size of our SAP offerings into the market, as part of a wider strategic plan to grow our ERP & Business Systems team. The services we provide include External and Internal Assurance, Controls Transformation, Process Optimisation and GRC implementations. This work is delivered through stand-alone assignments, or as part of internal audit engagements.

Typical activities include:

• Responsibility for quality, value add and timely delivery of the overall output from client engagements.
• Scoping, financial management, managing delivery risk, production and review of deliverables.
• Building and managing excellent client relationships.
• Actively identifying and progressing business development opportunities, as well as managing sales activities such as proposal writing and assisting with client presentations.
• Coaching and developing team members on engagements.

• Provide consulting and advisory services to clients that operate SAP systems including SAP GRC Access Controls and Process Controls.
• Help clients enhance their SAP controls capability and increase control automation.
• Work stream lead / SME on SAP / GRC control and/or Data Analytics engagements.
• Building and managing excellent client relationships across a range of clients.
