We work with both acquirers and vendors on pre- and post-deal technology issues, our propositions include: Buy side diligence, sell side diligence, separations, integrations, IPOs, synergy, JVs and standing up businesses. We support our clients across the deal lifecycle. 

KPMG’s Energy and Natural Resources (“ENR”) tax practice covers Oil and Gas, Mining, Power and Utilities (including renewables) and Chemicals. As our clients are facing unprecedented change with the energy transition and fiscal uncertainty our ENR tax and legal practice is growing significantly.

As a Senior Test Manager, you will spearhead highimpact S/4HANA transformations, leading the end to end testing strategy, governance, and delivery across complex programmes and multiple workstreams.
