We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Service Operations Lead to oversee and enhance the End User Experience within our organization. This critical role is responsible for managing and optimizing IT services that directly impact employee productivity and satisfaction, including Onsite Support, Service Desk Operations, IT Tech Bars, New Joiner Support, Meeting Room technology, printing services, WiFi, and office network performance.

The role requires strong collaboration with end users, ensuring exceptional service delivery and experience outcomes. Utilizing tools such as the KPMG Nexthink Digital Experience Monitoring platform, the successful candidate will analyse user experience data, identify trends, and implement service improvements to meet the high standards of the professional services sector.

The teams use their functional knowledge and experience (e.g. Finance, HR, Procurement), coupled with their expertise in the cloud applications (e.g. Oracle, Workday, Coupa) to lead and deliver client programmes, to support pre-sales activities and to develop improvement and extensions to the Powered Enterprise model. • The Employment Law Team comprises 15 team members who regularly work with a wide cross-section of the KPMG client-facing business.
• The Team is growing fast.  In the past 18 months it has gone from I to 3 Partners.
• The team undertakes a variety of work with a focus on workforce and pay compliance (including national minimum wage, holiday pay, employment status, pay gap reporting and equal pay), workforce change (people aspects of restructurings including redundancies and TUPE transfers,  changes to terms and conditions and transactional support) as well as general HR/ ER advisory work and global employment projects.
