The Powered Apps teams are communities of technology focussed professionals who work together to deliver SaaS ERP based transformation programmes based on KPMG Powered Enterprise. The teams use their functional knowledge and experience (e.g., Finance, HR, Procurement), coupled with their expertise in the cloud applications (e.g. Oracle, Workday, Coupa) to lead and deliver client programmes, to support pre-sales activities and to develop improvement and extensions to the Powered Enterprise model. KPMG’s Debt Advisory practice has a c.25 year history advising public and private clients on developing and executing debt financing strategies. The team’s typical clients include listed companies, medium to large privately owned businesses and private equity / sponsor-backed entities. Its experience spans the spectrum of debt markets, financing instruments, asset classes, sectors and situations (including M&A, investment, new debt issues, refinancing and restructuring / amendments to debt facilities). The team operates sub-teams focusing on ‘Corporates’ and ‘Leveraged Finance’, in addition to dedicated expertise specialising in financial services and real estate.

People Consulting is an integral part of KPMG’s Management Consultancy practice and a growing part of our business. This team help to transform the performance of organisations by changing the way people are led, managed and developed. We do this by focusing on two key areas – delivering the people agenda on large scale, complex, change programmes and transforming the HR function by technology.

SAP S/4 HANA Finance Enterprise Architect

The role of the SAP S/4 HANA Finance Enterprise Architect is to develop the UK Firm’s technology strategy for Finance and Engagement Management domain and translate this into a roadmap that determines our investment priorities and transformation portfolio. The technology strategy needs to promote a seamless, end-to-end customer and employee experience by enabling the efficient creation and modification of effective and reusable technology components. In particular, the strategy should promote the use of modern, Cloud-based technologies; support typical Finance use cases; challenge the business strategy based on emerging and future technology trends; and establish a catalogue that supports the reuse of new technology components, whilst targeting legacy applications and technology for decommissioning. The role should also help to execute and govern the strategy, by helping solution architects and projects to design solutions that are fit for purpose and conform to our standards and patterns.
