This role will be entirely advisory focussed with no tax compliance responsibilities; however, we welcome applicants with either tax advisory and/or compliance background.

The Company Secretarial and Global Entity Management Team sits within KPMG Law. Its establishment flows naturally from KPMG’s long history of successfully delivering multidisciplinary services to clients. This area continues to grow and we are looking for a high quality candidate to support our Power & Utilities business with a particular focus on giving strategic advice to clients in relation to the evolving regulation and policy framework affecting the energy networks.
