Power & Utilities (P&U) is one of the largest business areas of the IAG and encompasses work for major clients in the sector, including all energy and water utilities as well as some of the largest companies in Europe and beyond. The role is within KPMG UK’s Internal Partnership Tax Team who are responsible for 
dealing with all tax matters relating to KPMG ‘UK’. This role specifically involves reviewing 
and advising on overseas tax and reporting requirements when KPMG ‘UK’ colleagues 
travel/work overseas for business or are authorized to work overseas for personal reasons. 
Responsibilities 

Senior Manager – Legal Managed Services (Contracting Solution Delivery Lead) 

• Reports to: Director, Legal Managed Services 

• Location: UK (Travel Required) 

Role Summary:

The Senior Manager supports the Director by managing and delivering complex client transitions and transformations in contracting services from pre-sales through transition and implementation. Under the Director's guidance, you will lead detailed aspects of the sales and transition phases, including process mapping, pricing structure development, technology requirement confirmation, and RFP response preparation. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Developing detailed process maps and optimised future-state solutions 

• Confirming technology requirements (CLM, Gen-AI), managing data migration and integration 

• Developing pricing structures and contributing to proposal and pitch material creation
