The role is within KPMG UK’s Internal Partnership Tax Team who are responsible for 
dealing with all tax matters relating to KPMG ‘UK’. This role specifically involves reviewing 
and advising on overseas tax and reporting requirements when KPMG ‘UK’ colleagues 
travel/work overseas for business or are authorized to work overseas for personal reasons.

As Digital Lead of the Create Digital Team, you will collaborate with the Design and Operations Managers to support and consult on creative digital solutions. With a passion for new technologies, functional digital design, and a strong UX/UI and prototyping background, you'll lead the UK and India teams in delivering exceptional user experiences for KPMG.

Focused on understanding user needs and behaviors, you’ll inform product strategy and design while ensuring high-quality, user-first outcomes. You will work closely with the KGS digital team to ensure a seamless design and development process, holding the team accountable for quality and timely delivery. Strong relationship-building with UK business leaders and cross-location mentoring is essential for delivering top-tier digital services. Our London region CTAC team is a fast growing part of our Tax practice with a diverse client base ranging from PE-backed, owner managed and family businesses through to UK listed and multinationals.

Working in our successful CTAC business will give you the opportunity to develop relationships with clients as you manage the tax compliance process together with getting involved on various advisory projects such as, business reorganisations, tax authority enquiries, pre/post transaction reorganisations, refinancing, cash repatriation, interest deductibility and the impact of global fiscal change (e.g. BEPS Pillar 2).

The Role

This exciting role is within our London region Corporate Tax Advisory & Compliance team, based in our CSQ office.  We work as a region which comprises 5 other offices. 

The successful candidate will be able to build strong relationships, develop junior staff, provide excellent client service and identify business development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Be market facing with allocated clients and target organisations 
• Liaising with the client service team and with colleagues in other tax disciplines as well as the audit and accounting discipline to provide a co-ordinated service to the client including managing and delivering tax compliance services
