KPMG Law is a fast-growing part of KPMG. We are now seeking to recruit a Manager (Solicitor) to support the growth of the Commercial and Technology part of our Commercial, Technology and Data team. We are looking for a Assistant Manager with a Project Finance background to support the fast-growing Power & Utilities Projects team. 

The team specialises in advising clients on the delivery of large water and energy infrastructure projects including new nuclear plants, onshore and offshore electricity networks, interconnectors, reservoirs and other major assets. The Projects business is focussed on designing new markets and advising on in-house and competitive delivery models for major infrastructure projects and programmes.  We advise on all aspects of an asset’s delivery, including commercial arrangements, financing structures, regulatory strategy and engagement, and procurement processes – both for individual assets and new delivery programmes.

KPMG’s Corporates Indirect Tax group focusses on the large corporates market, is a well-established group of around 30 dedicated indirect tax specialists who help UK and international headed groups address all of their indirect tax advisory needs. The team has specialists in many different sectors.

We assist our clients by managing and advising on projects as part of multidisciplinary and multijurisdictional teams and provide specialist indirect tax advice on a variety of complex issues and we are shameless in our desire to pioneer and our drive to seek out new opportunities.
