Our advisory work spans complex and high-impact projects, including:

• Business restructurings and reorganisations
• New jurisdiction entry and expansion into new markets
• Pre- and post-transaction reorganisations
• Refinancing and interest deductibility matters

KPMG’s Energy and Natural Resources (“ENR”) tax practice covers Oil and Gas, Mining, Power and Utilities (including renewables) and Chemicals. Our Tax Governance & Risk Management Team is a fast-growing part of our Tax practice with a diverse client base ranging from PE-backed, owner managed and family businesses through to UK listed and multinationals.

The SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultant specializing in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) will be responsible for designing and overseeing end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solutions (on-prem/private cloud and public cloud) that integrate critical asset management and maintenance processes across Supply Chain and Finance. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, robust, and compliant SAP EAM solutions, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to SAP best practices. The candidate will drive the adoption of S/4HANA EAM capabilities, minimize customizations, and ensure alignment with SAP best practices for asset lifecycle management.
