KPMG UK’s Infrastructure Advisory Group (IAG) is a team of roughly 400 professionals and is widely recognised as one of the world’s leading independent financial and commercial advisers in the infrastructure sector. IAG has locations in London, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Leeds and Manchester, but is operated on a national basis.

IAG provides in-depth advice on the strategic, financial, regulatory and commercial issues driving investments in infrastructure in the UK and internationally. This ranges from providing strategic thinking and advice to companies and investors to enable private capital to fund infrastructure, to working with the public sector to develop the business cases to enable projects to happen, and advising through negotiations that bring the public and private sectors together. Social infrastructure is a key business area for IAG and covers real estate (including healthcare, housing, education) and decentralised energy sectors. We have traditionally focussed on the development of new infrastructure but are also increasingly focussed on the retrofitting and decarbonisation of the existing built environment.

We offer services across the lifecycle of infrastructure project development, ranging from assessing feasibility of transactions, commercial structuring, business plans and business cases to support investment into new projects, financing and procurement advice, commercial assurance over the construction and development phase of projects and dispute analysis for existing contracts.

As an Ignition Experience Producer, you will work as part of a team delivering client facing events across our services. During these engagements you will develop skills to enhance client experience across in person, hybrid and virtual delivery formats. You will learn the foundational aspects of delivering collaborative experiences and gain experience across the breadth of Ignition experience specialist roles, before identifying a specialist area to pursue. Tax Manager – Corporate Tax Compliance and Advisory

Base Location: Leeds is the main hub however we are open to regional candidates as well.

 What will you be doing?

•  Being one of the main points of contact on a portfolio of clients on day-to-day tax matters and working with Partners, Directors and Senior Managers on our larger client accounts

• Managing the delivery of UK corporation tax compliance services
• Supervising the work of junior members of staff and providing coaching to support their development.

• Seeking out and pursuing business development opportunities with clients and targets and actively participating with Senior Managers, Directors / Partners in business development activities

 What will you need to do it?

• Qualified CTA or ACA / CA or equivalent
• Strong UK corporation tax compliance and advisory experience, including tax accounting
• Ability to:
