As Digital Lead of the Create Digital Team, you will collaborate with the Design and Operations Managers to support and consult on creative digital solutions. With a passion for new technologies, functional digital design, and a strong UX/UI and prototyping background, you'll lead the UK and India teams in delivering exceptional user experiences for KPMG.

Focused on understanding user needs and behaviors, you’ll inform product strategy and design while ensuring high-quality, user-first outcomes. You will work closely with the KGS digital team to ensure a seamless design and development process, holding the team accountable for quality and timely delivery. Strong relationship-building with UK business leaders and cross-location mentoring is essential for delivering top-tier digital services. As an Ignition Experience Producer, you will work as part of a team delivering client facing events across our services. During these engagements you will develop skills to enhance client experience across in person, hybrid and virtual delivery formats. You will learn the foundational aspects of delivering collaborative experiences and gain experience across the breadth of Ignition experience specialist roles, before identifying a specialist area to pursue. Beyond event delivery you will have an opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development of the Ignition venture.
