As an Oracle Programme Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Oracle projects, ensuring successful safe execution, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will lead multi-disciplined teams to drive delivery excellence, leveraging Agile, Waterfall & Hybrid methodologies. Additionally, you will play a key role in business development, commercial proposition creation, and financial & commercial oversight.

Creates and progresses opportunities for MBS in the International market by leveraging a hybrid skillset of business development, presales, technical excellence and delivery. Advocates innovation both within the firm and with clients and takes a role in developing team members to their full potential as well as promoting collaboration across teams.

The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

HR M&A was set up as part of the Integration & Separation (I&S) team in Deal Advisory, which has been growing year on year and seen by our clients as a market leader. We have worked on some of the largest and most high-profile client engagements in the deals space, including multi-billion spins, integration of global mega mergers, disposals of non-core assets for large multinationals. We have launched a market differentiating digital engagement platform for M&A as well as a campaign focused on ‘the Human Side of Deals’, and we continue to drive digital innovation.
