SAP S/4 HANA Finance Enterprise Architect

 

The role of the SAP S/4 HANA Finance Enterprise Architect is to develop the UK Firm’s technology strategy for Finance and Engagement Management domain and translate this into a roadmap that determines our investment priorities and transformation portfolio. The technology strategy needs to promote a seamless, end-to-end customer and employee experience by enabling the efficient creation and modification of effective and reusable technology components. In particular, the strategy should promote the use of modern, Cloud-based technologies; support typical Finance use cases; challenge the business strategy based on emerging and future technology trends; and establish a catalogue that supports the reuse of new technology components, whilst targeting legacy applications and technology for decommissioning. The role should also help to execute and govern the strategy, by helping solution architects and projects to design solutions that are fit for purpose and conform to our standards and patterns.

KPMG’s Pensions is an exciting initiative to re-establish the pensions team, and specifically to focus on public service pensions advisory and grow revenue at pace. We are now looking for talented and experienced Assistant Manager to join our pensions actuarial team. You will be responsible for delivering high quality actuarial pensions advice in relation to defined benefit pension schemes with a focus on the public sector but also schemes in the private sector. What will you be doing?

• Developing end to end solutions using the best of good industry practise combined with understanding the optionality available within the product.
• Lead the end to end delivery of workstreams, including managing offshore teams in the delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud transformations and business process change.
• Leading client facing meetings and facilitation of workshops with larger groups of client teams
• Lead an offshore team to design, configure and test a module or process area to successful deployment for a client
• Develop lasting client relationships and actively building a network and range of experience to help address client needs

What will you need to do it?

• Candidates must be eligible, able to gain and retain National Security Vetting at the level of Security Check (SC).
• Experience of implementing at least one module of the Oracle HCM cloud platform
• Expertise in Core HCM module
