We’re seeking a specialist recruitment consultant, Internally referred to as Talent Acquisition Consultants, to join our KPMG in-house recruitment team. Taking responsibility for delivering senior manager and director recruitment activity we will need your expertise to do what it takes to ensure we recruit the very best talent and continue on our journey to be a “magnet for talent”. Our team works with clients from owner managed business, to large multinational organisations, and we are looking for a Senior Manager with a strong financial, accounting and tax background to assist clients across as suite of innovation advisory services including R&D tax Credits, Patent Box, R&D Allowances, Grants and Innovation Advisory services.

We help financial services organisations – Banks, Insurance companies, FMIs, Wealth and Asset managers and Fintechs – to change and adapt to the environment in which they operate.  Changes may be driven by decisions to digitise, to streamline, to pivot, to respond to new regulation or to harness the benefits of analytics or new technology.   Or they may be driven by acquisition or disposal.  Whatever the reason, our clients are continually re-designing parts of the organisation, and that’s where we come in.   We are looking for experienced consultants who can lead Change and Organisation Design workstreams on complex, business critical programmes.  We expect the consultant to be able to scope, price and design our approach for a particular client (with support from a Partner or Director), and then to lead delivery of this work, including managing teams of more junior consultants.   Many of our projects are multi-disciplinary, and you will be expected to work and collaborate with colleagues from other service lines such as technology, finance, customer or analytics.    We expect the successful applicant to have the following technical skills
