Global Immigration

Our client accounts are very large and still growing strongly and we need a Global Immigration professionals to support our clients in strategic mobility discussions and our client teams in immigration substance issues as well as project management.

 

Your role and responsibilities will include, for example:

  • Immigration services to our clients’ employees 
  • Advisory services and coordination of global assignments
  • Vendor management and close collaboration with the KPMG network globally 
  • Participation to the development of our service offering and sales

You will be empowered to manage all aspects of UK immigration applications. This will require you to apply your understanding of legislative changes to ensure that processes and systems are operationalised and followed to comply with current and new legislation. 

 

The role will require you to manage and supervise a high volume of casework and consultations, whilst requiring interaction with key stakeholders on client engagements, to ensure a seamless experience for all assignees/employees.

 

 

 

The Role   

 

•    Provide day-to-day operational oversight across all aspects of the UK immigration process, ensuring day to day execution of service commitments including rigorous quality controls and service enhancements

•    Oversee case management including review and sign off

•    Take on case work on an as needed basis

•    Identify opportunities to use technology to streamline immigration processes

•    Implement the SLA framework ensuring timely and accurate escalations in line with service level commitments

•    Employ strong risk management controls in line with legislation and compliance requirements

•    Adapt to continuous and ongoing legislative changes ensuring process is ‘fit for purpose’ and supported by ongoing training and development

•    Identify the team’s training and development requirements, ensuring the team receives sufficient support and coaching

•    Interpret and apply understanding of corporate policies and practices, and other regulations to provide advice, guidance and support

•    Management of a team: this includes undertaking responsibility for all day-to-day operational matters including managing financials, risk, capacity and performance of the team.

The Team
KPMG’s Pensions Centre of Excellence (PCoE) is an exciting new initiative with rapid growth and new opportunities which has been established to standardise the audits of defined benefit pension plans, driving a consistent approach and audit documentation to ensure delivery of high quality audits. We are now looking for talented Assistant Managers with audit experience to join us in either a full or part-time role. You will be expected to coordinate the pensions audit delivery  from planning through execution, review and to conclusion across a portfolio of entities on behalf of the audit team as part of the centre of excellence. The Role
Assistant managers will be a key contact with the central KPMG audit team, with responsibility for managing the day-to-day relationship with KPMG Audit and for ensuring delivery to agreed timescales. The role will consist of working to tight deadlines and delivering a seamless service to audit entities of allsizes from mid-market to FTSE listed groups and across a wide range of sectors. Roles and Responsibilities: 
Coordinate the completion of audit work and ensure it is delivered to a high quality in accordance with KPMG Audit Methodology.
