Global Immigration

Our client accounts are very large and still growing strongly and we need a Global Immigration professionals to support our clients in strategic mobility discussions and our client teams in immigration substance issues as well as project management.

 

Your role and responsibilities will include, for example:

  • Immigration services to our clients’ employees 
  • Advisory services and coordination of global assignments
  • Vendor management and close collaboration with the KPMG network globally 
  • Participation to the development of our service offering and sales

As an ideal candidate, you have a higher education degree and some previous experience in global immigration from working as an in-house global mobility person, HR employee, a global mobility professional in a consulting firm or experience from working with a relevant public authority. Knowledge on immigration, cross-border employee relocation as well as intercultural trainings are seen as an advantage.

 

Fluent communication skills in English are needed for this role. Knowledge of other languages are seen as an advantage.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a team which works across KPMG providing our clients with data protection solutions Our data protection team works with the different service lines within KPMG to provide clients with complete data protection solutions. Roles and Responsibilities: Assisting clients in the development of data protection strategy Advising clients on cross border data transfers Supporting clients with the data protection elements of their transformation programmes, including group restructuring, outsourcing, large scale technology programmes Advising on data ethics The applicant must be keen to develop and broaden his/her legal skills to include working on multi-disciplinary projects and being closer to the business side of these projects. The successful applicant will be a self-starter and a strong performer and team player who is focussed on helping to ensure that the team successfully delivers projects for its clients. While consulting appropriately on difficult issues, he/she must be able to deliver robust and appropriate legal advice and exercise sound judgement.
