The Role:
The Copilot Technical Architect plays a critical role in the design, development, and delivery of Microsoft Copilot solutions across industries. KPMG is currently seeking a Senior SAP S/4 Procurement & Ariba SME / Project Manager, for our SAP practice to support large organisations deliver technology led S2P SAP transformation programmes using S/4 / Ariba, and support business development activity. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing KPMG teams across multiple workstreams and clients to ensure the timely delivery of projects within scope and budget. The successful candidate will work directly with KPMG and client upper management to drive strategic decisions and ensure KPMG leading practise delivery methodology is applied. The candidate will also be required to develop mid-level team members and perform business development work in parallel with program delivery oversight. We are seeking a talented individual with experience of Procurement Cloud implementations and detailed working knowledge of Source to Pay software.

SAP Controlling (CO) Implementation Consultant (108705)

Role Summary: A Manager in our Technology and Data SAP capability will play a pivotal role in expanding the SAP Finance Practice with a key focus on Management Accounting (CO). He will lead a team of functional consultants to deliver end-to-end solutions that align financial controlling processes with global business objectives within SAP S/4HANA (Public Cloud and on-prem/private cloud). This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, robust, and compliant SAP solutions, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to SAP best practices. The SAP Controlling Manager will drive the adoption of S/4HANA capabilities, minimize customizations, and ensure alignment with SAP best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead fit-to-standard workshops and translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP CO functional designs.
• Oversee configuration and maintenance of core CO sub-modules, including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
• Manage high-impact areas such as transition to Universal Parallel Accounting (UPA), Product Costing (CO-PC), Event-Based Production Accounting, Material Ledger (ML), and Actual Costing related month-end activities.
• Coordinate seamless integration between SAP CO and other modules such as FI, MM, SD, and PP to ensure data integrity across the enterprise.
• Drive process improvements by leveraging SAP Best Practices and SAP’s latest S/4HANA innovations (e.g. SAP BTP, AI/ML tools, process mining).
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT leadership, communicating complex solution designs and their impact on business outcomes.
• Ensure solution integrity across the project lifecycle, from design to go-live, and maintain consistency and cross-functional alignment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional, technical, data migration, integration, change management) to ensure cohesive solution delivery and business alignment.
• Expand the Controlling practice within SAP Finance capability by being an active contributor to Pre-sales pursuits, team building and asset development activities.

The KPMG UK Fintech team is a significant and growing business looking after more than 140 clients. The Fintech team incorporates KPMG’s digital assets business where the firm supports a growing number of UK and International crypto businesses.  Indirect tax is a significant proportion of this Fintech business, and we are looking for an experienced VAT Senior Manager to work alongside the VAT partner who not only leads the Fintech VAT practice, but also leads the wider KPMG Fintech team across the UK.
