Senior Manager – Legal Managed Services (Contracting Solution Delivery Lead) 

• Reports to: Director, Legal Managed Services 

• Location: UK (Travel Required) 

Role Summary:

The Senior Manager supports the Director by managing and delivering complex client transitions and transformations in contracting services from pre-sales through transition and implementation. Under the Director's guidance, you will lead detailed aspects of the sales and transition phases, including process mapping, pricing structure development, technology requirement confirmation, and RFP response preparation. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Developing detailed process maps and optimised future-state solutions 

• Confirming technology requirements (CLM, Gen-AI), managing data migration and integration 

• Developing pricing structures and contributing to proposal and pitch material creation

We are looking for talented Contracting Consultants to join us in growing the Contract Management Transformation practice within LOTS, by helping our clients adapt and make the most of technological advances to help them better manage their contracts. Working closely with our team, you will not only be delivering transformation work for our clients, you will also be instrumental in helping us to grow our business.  

You will be responsible for leading, scoping, design, development and implementation activities across multiple client projects to deliver leading contract management solutions. You must be confident in leading client interactions, gathering, validating and testing requirements as well as overseeing the end to end contracting transformation of large global projects. You will work closely with client stakeholders, delivery leads, business analysts, developers and testers to guide the design through to implementation and beyond whilst ensuring KPMG risk and quality standards are adhered to
