The Financial Services (FS) Reward practice at KPMG is a dedicated team that provides reward solutions to both UK and non-UK headquartered FS clients. The FS Reward Practice sits within the wider KPMG UK Reward practice, which has grown rapidly in recent years. The Powered Apps teams are communities of technology focussed professionals who work together to deliver KPMG Powered Enterprise though a standardised delivery model, which drives professional delivery to clients. The teams use their functional knowledge and experience (e.g. Finance, HR, Procurement), coupled with their expertise in the cloud applications (e.g. SuccessFactors, Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, Coupa) to lead and deliver client programmes, support pre-sales activities and develop improvement and extensions to Powered Enterprise

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Developing end to end Oracle solutions using the best of good industry practise combined with understanding the optionality available within the product.
• Lead the end to end delivery of workstreams, including managing offshore teams in the delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud transformations and business process change.
• Leading client facing meetings and facilitation of workshops with larger groups of client teams
• Lead an offshore team to design, configure and test a module or process area to successful deployment for a client
• Develop lasting client relationships and actively building a network and range of experience to help address client needs
• Be a role model to the wider team by showcasing our values and principles, leading from the front and by example.

KPMG Delivery Network (KDN) is looking for an experienced regional relationship and commercial leader to drive the adoption and growth of global solutions—particularly Powered Enterprise—across the EMA region.

This role is highly relationship focussed, influential to the regional strategy, and commercially focused, working directly with senior leaders across multiple KPMG Member Firms to strengthen relationships, understand market demand, grow the sales pipeline and ensure successful regional adoption of global solutions.

As the senior point of contact for the region, you will help shape go to market strategies, build trusted relationships across borders, and act as the connector between global KDN teams and individual country practices.

As our Powered HR practice continues to grow we are seeking talented individuals with experience of Oracle implementations. This is a high-profile role within the team, requiring a balance of business development / sales origination and client delivery.
