Working as part of the Finance and People Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering business-focussed and best practice HR support. Your role will encompass managing a variety of HR queries from responding to adhoc queries and providing initial guidance, advice and support to performance and sickness casework, escalating matters to the Employee Relations team when appropriate.  Your proactive approach will support all activities outlined in the HR service catalogue and agreed cyclical activity.

KPMG is looking to recruit an Assistant Manager in their in-house Tax team, specialising in partner tax compliance. Reporting to the Senior Manager in the Partner Tax Compliance team, the individual will be required to demonstrate excellent tax compliance skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines. The work is by nature high profile and the ability to treat matters with the utmost confidentiality will be key. The role involves interacting with individual partners and working alongside other internal departments including the Partnership Office, Risk and Independence, payroll and OGC to deliver an efficient tax compliance and advisory service to partners as well as the partnership.

This role is instrumental to ensure we protect, manage and develop the KPMG brand in the UK providing support across the marketing team and the wider business.

Working collaboratively with campaign teams you will advise on embedding the brand story into campaign planning and delivery driving a clear, consistent and distinctive presentation of our brand to the marketplace.
