Overview

This is an enormously exciting opportunity for a sales professional to represent KPMG across the Private Enterprise market in Scotland. Privately owned businesses – including start-ups, private equity backed, owner-managed, family-owned, inbound, and AIM listed – represent some of the most dynamic and impactful enterprises in the UK market. In this role you will be facing into that market on behalf of the firm, understanding businesses’ challenges and strategies, convening client contacts with KPMG professionals, and bringing a creative and entrepreneurial mindset to join the dots within our firm to deliver solutions of real value. 

The successful candidate will join an established and successful People Consulting practice, with the opportunity to leverage our leading practice methodologies and be part of our continued growth in the market.

You will work closely with FTSE 100 clients across a broad range of industries including Financial Services, Energy, Telecoms, Retail, Life Sciences and Aerospace & Defence.

As an Assistant Manager in our team, we will expect you to:

•    Support client people consulting programmes of work to drive lasting transformation
•    Support projects, or manage small workstreams within in a larger programme 
•    Help build and manage relationships with clients on a daily basis

•    Develop your expertise through client work and commit to continuous professional development
•    Help the Partners and Directors generate new client opportunities.
•    Contribute to the development of our People Consulting propositions and assets•    Support knowledge sharing and developing People Consulting skills within our team
•    Contribute to team building activities and team cohesion

The Global Cyber Solution Architect is responsible for designing, shaping, and developing cyber solutions that support KPMG’s global clients across multiple industries and levels of complexity. The role serves as the primary architect for global cyber solution design across managed services, advisory offerings, and large scale transformation deals. This includes solutioning for MDR, penetration testing, vulnerability management, attack surface management, and cyber risk management.
