The Powered Connected Technology team is a community of technology focussed professionals who work together to deliver SaaS ERP based transformation programmes based on KPMG Powered Enterprise. The team use their functional knowledge and experience (e.g. Finance, HR, Procurement), coupled with their expertise in the cloud applications (e.g. Oracle, Workday, Coupa, SAP) to lead and deliver client programmes, to support pre-sales activities and to develop improvement and extensions to the Powered Enterprise model. Join KPMG's Corporate Finance practice to originate and deliver mid-market mergers and acquisitions transactions in the technology, media and telecommunications sector, helping clients achieve strategic buying and selling objectives. You will manage transactions from initial strategic review through to completion, acting as a trusted day-to-day contact for clients and coordinating high-quality deal execution. Working with Associate Directors, Directors and Partners, you will lead project teams, shape marketing and pitch materials, manage commercial delivery and contribute to business development. This opportunity offers an experienced corporate finance professional the scope to deepen sector expertise, build senior client relationships and contribute to the growth of an ambitious team with a strong record of completing successful deals. 

The role will be working in the UK Cyber Security practice within our Technology and Data service line in Advisory. Our clients are increasingly under cyber-attack and regulatory scrutiny to demonstrate effective management of cyber risk. Our specialists provide independent, jargon free advice and advanced technical capabilities to help our clients proactively manage cyber and technology risks to drive value from their business information assets whilst protecting business.

As Manager - People in M&A, you will help clients turn complex transactions into successful employee and organisational outcomes. You will lead the day-to-day delivery of engagements and major workstreams across due diligence, integration, separation and value delivery, working closely with senior clients and multidisciplinary KPMG teams. Your contribution will identify workforce risks and opportunities, shape practical people solutions and strengthen delivery quality, commercial performance and client confidence. This role offers broad exposure across the deal lifecycle, responsibility for coaching colleagues and the opportunity to grow the People in M&A practice through new propositions, pitches and market activity.
