Join the People Operations team as a Senior People Advisor and help deliver business-focused, best-practice HR support across the employee lifecycle. You will take ownership of a varied portfolio of wellbeing, absence and advisory casework, guiding managers and escalating complex matters to Employee Relations when appropriate. • A strong delivery track record in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close implementations (Oracle FCC) who can leverage business and technology-based solutions to deliver outcomes for our clients.
• System design and delivery, including release management, integration management, data migration strategy and management.
• Prior consulting experience on delivery financial consolidation and close processes for customer across different industries is a preferred requirement
• An understanding of Financial Services Organisation’s Target Operating Model, Process & Controls, Organisation Design, Change Management and Business Readiness is needed.

Lead the growth of Tax Governance Services across the North, helping organisations strengthen tax governance, manage risk and respond to evolving UK and global requirements. You will shape client relationships, lead high-impact engagements and develop new services, including the safe use of artificial intelligence in tax. Working with a multidisciplinary UK team, you will build local capability while contributing to the national practice and supporting colleagues to develop.
