You will also play a key role in promoting technology adoption within the team, supporting training initiatives, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our service offerings.

This is a director-level role with responsibility for operations, managing a team on a day-to-day basis, and reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications.

This role involves designing and implementing robust technical architectures, ensuring seamless integration of software developments, and collaborating closely with clients and delivery teams. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service & Contact Centre, and a strong track record in delivering complex, large-scale implementations.

The KDN National Information Technology Security Officer leads the Information Security Organisation and the evolution of the security program, ensuring alignment with global information security priorities, KPMG policies, and regulatory requirements while engaging senior leadership and key stakeholders. The KDN NITSO acts as the primary liaison with global security and risk functions, oversees information security and third‑party risk management, and ensures consistent implementation and regular review of security controls, policies, training, and incident management across KDN.
