Our UK-based Chief Data Officer (CDO) Advisory team collaborates globally with KPMG's business, data, engineering and cloud specialists to design and implement state-of-the-art data solutions, AI systems, and products. • Lead and manage teams developing Data Management solutions for enterprise-scale challenges, including:
  • Data Lineage, Quality, and Data Controls
  • Data Products & Cataloguing
  • Metadata Management

KPMG’s Strategy & Performance Transformation practice is looking for exceptional candidates for an Associate Director role, with a sector focus on the Consumer, Retail & Leisure industry and with particular experience in Deal Strategy, one of our core propositions. Additional experience across our other propositions - Growth Strategy, Cost and Operational strategy (including Economic Profitability Analysis) and Enterprise-wide Transformation - will also be valuable.

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Service Operations Lead to oversee and enhance the End User Experience within our organization. This critical role is responsible for managing and optimizing IT services that directly impact employee productivity and satisfaction, including Onsite Support, Service Desk Operations, IT Tech Bars, New Joiner Support, Meeting Room technology, printing services, WiFi, and office network performance.

The role requires strong collaboration with end users, ensuring exceptional service delivery and experience outcomes. Utilizing tools such as the KPMG Nexthink Digital Experience Monitoring platform, the successful candidate will analyse user experience data, identify trends, and implement service improvements to meet the high standards of the professional services sector.
