We are looking for a Director to lead our Commercial Projects business focussed on the NHS. The team sits at the cross section of KPMG leading healthcare advisory business, and its Deal Advisory capability. The Director will focus on the market need for NHS organisations at all levels to increase their commercial focus and organisation in areas such as generating additional income, accessing additional capacity through deals with the independent sector or utilising their asset base better. This may include advice around partnerships, joint ventures, group structures and significant contracts. The Director will lead a team covering a breadth of services in these areas ranging from opportunity identification, business case processes, commercial and financial advisory services to resulting ventures.

This role sits specifically in the Technology and Sustainability in Infrastructure (TSI), cluster of MPA. In TSI, we help our clients to deliver and operate their assets more efficiently and effectively. The team is at the forefront of shaping some of the UK’s largest and most complex construction & infrastructure programmes.

Power & Utilities (P&U), led by Dr Matt Firla-Cuchra, counts c85 FTEs is the largest business area of the IAG and encompasses work for major clients in the sector, including all UK utilities as well as some of the largest energy and water companies in Europe and beyond. We provide in-depth strategic and technical advice on strategy and business planning and analysis, corporate finance and corporate financial management, regulatory policy, cost assessment and benchmarking as well as in other areas to help our clients create value for both shareholders and customers. The Team

We are currently recruiting Tax Assistant Managers to join our successful Family Office & Private Client team based in the South (Bristol/Reading). 

As a national practice our FO&PC team consists of approximately 150 team members across the UK, led by 9 Partners and 15 Directors. 
We work with a variety of high net worth individuals – from stakeholders in privately owned and entrepreneurial businesses, executives of multi-national firms, landed estates and senior members of private equity firms; who may be tax resident and/or domiciled in a range of jurisdictions. We also specialise in providing advice to Trusts and Estates, and Partnerships. 
If you are a highly motivated qualified tax adviser/ accountant (ATT, CTA or ACA/ACCA) with experience of working in personal tax, then we’d love to hear from you.  We recognise that there are also highly motivated individuals who are qualified though experience and may not be exam qualified and we are open to considering such individuals also.

Indirect Tax - VAT

KPMG has one of the leading Indirect Tax practices in the UK. Our 21 Partners and approximately 200 professionals provide advice and support in all aspects of Indirect Tax (VAT, Customs Duty, Environmental Taxes) to a broad range of business sectors including large multi-nationals, household name retailers and public sector organisations.
Within the National Markets Indirect Tax team we have specialists in sectors such as Retail, Supply Chain and International Trade, FS, Public Sector, Leisure and Travel. The majority of the team specialise in VAT but we also have Trade and Customs and Environmental Tax specialists within the team. Our clients range from large organisations and corporates through to smaller fast growing businesses. The team deliver value and support our portfolio of clients.
