Join the Credit Management team within Group Corporate Services Finance and help the business manage debt effectively across a portfolio of blue-chip clients. In this Grade E2 role, based in Birmingham with office attendance on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, you will manage part of the client debtor ledger, resolve complex queries and support timely cash collection. Your work will maintain accurate records, reduce aged debt and provide clear information to engagement teams, Finance Managers and Credit Management leaders. The role of the Solution Architect is to help the Finance and Commercial domain deliver its business strategy through technology. They must work with technology implementation projects to translate the business requirements into detailed solution architecture designs; challenge the business strategy based on emerging and future technology trends; help business Capabilities to design and govern their technology roadmap, i.e. a portfolio of technology transformation projects that deliver the business and technology strategies; influence business and technology stakeholders to adopt the right technology solutions; and escalate risks, issues and critical dependencies to the appropriate leaders as required to ensure the successful delivery of the strategy.

The Role

This is an opportunity to join a growing specialist Treasury Tax team at an exciting stage in its development, working on complex financing, structuring and advisory matters across KPMG’s Corporate Tax practice.

As a Manager in the team, you will help shape and deliver high-quality technical advice on a broad range of treasury tax matters, working alongside experienced specialists and client teams on work that is intellectually challenging, commercially important and often central to major transactions and business decisions.

You will also have the chance to contribute to the continued growth of the Treasury Tax capability, sharing insight across the practice and building relationships with colleagues across the UK.

The role offers flexibility around location and working pattern, with the individual potentially based in any of KPMG’s UK offices, albeit regular visits to London or Leeds would be preferable.  Occasional travel to client or other KPMG offices may also be required.
