The Business Support Group (BSG) is part of OEH and you’ll be joining a team that provides vital secretarial and administrative support to KPMG colleagues. The Resource Advisor will work closely with the Resourcing Manager and Performance Leader within their allocated department(s) to understand the resourcing needs of the business. This will involve combining the management of the annual resource planning cycle of our recurring work with the proactive management of ad hoc resourcing requests for non-audit projects. In order to do this, they need to develop a good understanding of the client base of their respective departments, the pipeline of opportunities and the skills set of the client facing staff in order to make the right resourcing decisions in conjunction with the Resourcing Manager.

We are looking for a Manager to join FO&PC team in the North and Scotland region (based in Edinburgh or Glasgow).

This is primarily an advisory role and it entails working with high net worth individuals – both with UK affairs and international tax issues, and also working with entrepreneurial businesses and shareholder owned companies.

KPMG is looking to recruit an Assistant Manager in their in-house Tax team, specialising in partner tax compliance. Reporting to the Senior Manager in the Partner Tax Compliance team, the individual will be required to demonstrate excellent tax compliance skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines. The work is by nature high profile and the ability to treat matters with the utmost confidentiality will be key. The role involves interacting with individual partners and working alongside other internal departments including the Partnership Office, Risk and Independence, payroll and OGC to deliver an efficient tax compliance and advisory service to partners as well as the partnership.
