The Reward Consulting  practice at KPMG is a dedicated team that provides reward solutions to both UK and non-UK headquartered non-FS clients. The Practice sits within the wider KPMG UK Reward practice, which has grown rapidly in recent years. Our team works with clients from owner managed business, to large multinational organisations, and we are looking for an Assistant Manager with a strong financial, accounting and tax background to assist clients across a suite of innovation advisory services including R&D tax Credits, Patent Box, R&D Allowances, Grants and Innovation Advisory services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an Honour/ Post Graduate Degree in finance, accounting and tax or other related discipline that either has industry financial experience or working knowledge of the R&D tax legislation. 

You will work on the origination and execution of lead advisory mandates in the mid-market and specialise within London Regions – Business Services to help achieve the client’s strategic objectives of buying or selling their company from initial strategic review to successful completion. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates to join a growing and ambitious team as a sector specialist

Our business is continuously expanding and we are looking for high quality candidates to support our Power & Utilities business with a particular focus on financial and economic analysis, including cost of capital estimation, financeability assessments, risk and scenario analysis, financial modelling, investment appraisal & valuation.
