We are looking for a manager who possesses high quality consulting skills and a record of delivering outstanding results when leading complex consulting projects focused on delivering technology-enabled change activities on National Security engagements and to support KPMG’s growth in this market. Due to the nature of the work, it is essential for applicants to hold current 'National Security Vetting’ aligned to a National Security organisation.

The Group Finance & Commercial domain is empowered by technology, guided by data and committed to delivering commercial challenge and strategic value to the Group. We ensure that our financial performance is accurately stated and reported upon and is compliant with accounting policy. We translate financial information into meaningful insights that inform commercial decision making enabling our commercial specialists to provide guidance and support to partners and engagement leads.   

Our Transaction Services practice comprises approximately 500 people across the UK, organised to align to KPMG’s market orientated structure, and is at the heart of the Firm's agenda to increase its penetration of boardrooms and work with clients across the economic and transaction cycle.  Our team works closely with colleagues across Deal Advisory as well as Tax, Audit and other Advisory teams; it is a multi-disciplinary and international environment that sits right at the heart of our One Firm agenda. As a Director in the Finance Centre of Excellence you will play a senior leadership role in shaping, delivering, and growing our finance-focused deal advisory propositions. You will lead complex, high pressure, multi workstream engagements, working directly with CFOs and finance leadership teams on both the buy-side and sell-side to design, plan, and execute finance workstreams within transaction environments.
