KPMG Customer Strategy and Transformation is a centre of expertise within our Strategy and Performance Transformation practice.  We are looking for exceptional candidates for a Senior Manager role, with a Financial Services focus (ideally Banking and/ or Insurance) and experience of at least one of our core propositions: Customer strategy and product innovation; Channel transformation, and the adoption of modern CRM and AI technologies; and Servicing innovation and reengineering of customer journeys across banking, affluent, health or general insurance, and/ or life insurance.

The Strategy and Performance Transformation practice is part of KPMG’s rapidly expanding Strategy Group, which delivers value for clients by challenging conventional thinking, bringing deep industry and functional insights and executing with investor-grade rigour.  We are a diverse team of over 180  practitioners, working collaboratively with and orchestrating KPMG’s broad set of capabilities within our Deal Advisory business.

Our team works closely with client executives who own: products; distribution channels; servicing centres; strategy and innovation teams; customer insight teams. In our Audit and Assurance business this includes Reporting Accountant roles, Special Purpose Audits, and many other bespoke Assurance projects. To support this growth we have a fantastic opportunity for Directors to join our Transactions Assurance team and work with companies on the audit and assurance requirements of both UK and US initial public offerings, and with a wide variety of project-based assurance and accounting topics, including carve out transactions, acquisitions and opening balance sheet audits and complex private equity transactions.

As a Director, you will act as a role model for your teams, facilitating the effective and efficient delivery of these assurance engagements. You will be responsible for leading teams and supervising the work of staff and providing coaching and developmental support.  You will also be working alongside our Capital Markets and Due Diligence teams where relevant and have opportunities to lead conversations with diverse range of stakeholders involved in projects such as (sponsors, lawyers, accounting advisors). 

There will also be great opportunity to work on business development skills, for example, leading initial management conversations and qualifying opportunities.

The KPMG financial services tax team is a fast-growing part of the KPMG tax practice. We are looking for

excellent candidates who are seeking a dynamic and challenging working environment within a strong

supportive leadership team.  

As a result of growth in our business, we have a number of roles across our FS and Asset Management tax teams,

which has a diverse client base spanning the FS sector - providing services to banks, custodians, brokers,

asset managers, alternative investors, wealth and hedge asset managers and global institutional investors such

as pension funds and sovereign wealth funds.
