A constantly changing and increasingly significant field, the transfer pricing team helps clients establish, document and defend market based pricing terms in relation to transactions between parts of multinational businesses.

Join our Real Estate Valuation team as an Assistant Manager and provide clear, high-quality valuation advice across a broad range of property assets and sectors. You will support UK and international clients with financial reporting, transactions, fund reporting, purchase price allocations, disputes and portfolio valuations. Working across commercial, industrial, retail, hospitality and operational real estate, you will shape valuation approaches, manage client interactions and coordinate junior colleagues. • A strong delivery track record in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close implementations (Oracle FCC) who can leverage business and technology-based solutions to deliver outcomes for our clients.
• System design and delivery, including release management, integration management, data migration strategy and management.
• Prior consulting experience on delivery financial consolidation and close processes for customer across different industries is a preferred requirement
• An understanding of Financial Services Organisation’s Target Operating Model, Process & Controls, Organisation Design, Change Management and Business Readiness is needed.
