We are looking for seasoned GBS practitioners to join us and help grow our GBS advisory practice in the UK, to shape and articulate the GBS/SSC strategy and value proposition to C-level and VP level clients.

You'll design and develop GBS/SSC shared services operating models for our clients across various corporate functions such as finance, HR, IT, supply chain/logistics, procurement etc including governance and service management capabilities, along with the service catalogues and service level agreements, and apply leading practice end to end process expertise in one or more core finance, HR, IT, supply chain/logistics, procurement or other corporate functions in order to design and implement new re-engineered processes in a Shared Services or Business Process Outsourcing operating model

We provide in-depth advice on strategic, financial, regulatory and commercial issues driving investments in infrastructure across Power & Utilities (“P&U”), Transport, Telecoms and Social Infrastructure in the UK and globally. Our work includes market and policy design, economic and regulatory analysis, deal structuring and execution, as well as strategic and transaction advice to enable private and public capital to fund infrastructure. We work closely with other functions within KPMG to advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, valuations, tax, accounting, and due diligence.

KPMG’s Strategy & Performance Transformation practice is looking for exceptional candidates for a Director role, with a sector focus on the Consumer, Retail & Leisure industry and with particular experience in Deal Strategy, one of our core propositions. Additional experience across our other propositions - Growth Strategy, Cost and Operational strategy (including Economic Profitability Analysis) and Enterprise-wide Transformation - will also be valuable.
