KPMG’s Tax & Legal practice is a dynamic and successful part of the firm, advising a diverse client base from PE-backed, owner-managed and family businesses through to UK listed and multinational groups across a wide range of sectors.

Within this practice, the Treasury Tax team is a growing specialist group providing technical support on deals, financing transactions, international structuring and other complex tax advisory matters.  We work closely with Corporate Tax client service teams to deliver high quality advice that is practical, commercially focused and technically robust.

The Treasury Tax team offers exposure to a broad range of clients and issues, with the opportunity to develop deep expertise in a complex and increasingly important area of tax.

The Role

This is an opportunity to join a growing specialist Treasury Tax team at an exciting stage in its development, working on complex financing, structuring and advisory matters across KPMG’s Corporate Tax practice.

As a Manager in the team, you will help shape and deliver high-quality technical advice on a broad range of treasury tax matters, working alongside experienced specialists and client teams on work that is intellectually challenging, commercially important and often central to major transactions and business decisions.

You will also have the chance to contribute to the continued growth of the Treasury Tax capability, sharing insight across the practice and building relationships with colleagues across the UK.

The role offers flexibility around location and working pattern, with the individual potentially based in any of KPMG’s UK offices, albeit regular visits to London or Leeds would be preferable.  Occasional travel to client or other KPMG offices may also be required.

As an Assistant Manager specialising in Digital Health Deployment, you will help healthcare organisations turn digital ambition into practical frontline change. The role is focused on deploying digital, data and technology solutions into live clinical and operational environments, ensuring they are adopted safely, effectively and at pace.

You will support the planning, mobilisation and delivery of complex deployments across technologies such as Electronic Patient Records (EPR), Ambient Voice Technology (AVT), virtual care, remote monitoring, analytics and other digital health solutions. This requires someone with proven delivery experience, resilience and the tenacity to unblock challenges, engage frontline teams and maintain momentum from readiness through go-live, stabilisation and optimisation.

Help clients transform Human Resources (HR) service delivery as a Powered HR ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) Assistant Manager within KPMG's Powered Apps team. You will design and deliver scalable ServiceNow HRSD solutions that improve employee experiences, strengthen operational efficiency and support business-critical transformation programmes. We are seeking a skilled and experienced, client facing, Cyber Security Engineer with a strong focus on cloud security to join our security team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in securing multi-cloud environments, embedding in client teams to deliver robust protection across platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

This role requires hands-on technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate across engineering, DevOps, and security teams to embed security principles into cloud-native architectures, with a working knowledge of Secure Architecture concepts.

• KPMG Law wishes to hire a Senior Manager  - with substantial  post qualified experience in the real estate sector ideally working for clients with repeat activity. 
• The KPMG Law UK real estate team started in December 2023 and is now 11 strong including 5 Partners with further growth plans during 2026 already acting on repeat investment, development and asset management mandates for private equity funds, sovereign wealth and listed property company clients.
• The successful candidates will have experience within corporate and/or transactional Real Estate and may or may not have a portable practice that they will bring with them to KPMG.
• The primary focus of the hires will be meaningful deal experience in this space (KPMG is not looking for real estate tax lawyers as part of these hires).
• Ideally the candidates will be known in the market with good contacts in the target client base.
