KPMG’s Debt Advisory practice has a c.25 year history advising public and private clients on developing and executing debt financing strategies. The team’s typical clients include listed companies, medium to large privately owned businesses and private equity / sponsor-backed entities. Its experience spans the spectrum of debt markets, financing instruments, asset classes, sectors and situations (including M&A, investment, new debt issues, refinancing and restructuring / amendments to debt facilities). The team operates sub-teams focusing on ‘Corporates’ and ‘Leveraged Finance’, in addition to dedicated expertise specialising in financial services and real estate.

The Role

DAT provides market leading advice to corporates and financial institutions on a broad range of transactions. 

Embedded within DAT is our Private Equity & Credit team. The PE&C team works with large and mid-cap private equity and credit intuitions, advising them throughout the deal spectrum including buy-side due diligence and structuring, sell-side vendor assist, due diligence and structuring, refinancing, restructuring and listing support.

The PE&C team has advised on some of the largest deals in the market, helping clients understand and quantify historical tax issues, structure transactions, model tax outcomes and reflect advice in the legal documents underpinning each transaction, all with a continuous focus on maximising value throughout the investment cycle. Working collaboratively across the KPMG network, our work often involves advice across multiple countries, taxes, and work streams.

We are seeking an experienced and commercially successful Director to join our Procurement Transformation Advisory practice. As a member of the Procurement & Supply Chain Advisory leadership team, this individual will play a key role in shaping the growth, strategy, market positioning and culture of the practice.

Join KPMG as a Manager in Healthcare Advisory and use modelling and analytics to help NHS, healthcare and government organisations make confident decisions about major transformation and investment. You will lead varied assignments spanning demand, workforce, financial and population health analysis, translating complex evidence into practical recommendations and business cases. Working collaboratively with clients and KPMG colleagues, you will shape analytical approaches, manage small teams and present clear insights to senior stakeholders.
